The Butler County Health Department has partnered to offer $30 Walmart school supply gift cards to all who attend Saturday back to school immunization clinics! Don't miss out on Butler County Health Department's last clinic on Saturday, September 16th. Parents can call 316-321-3400 (option-0) to make an appointment. Unable to make it? Immunizations are available on Mondays at the El Dorado office, but Monday appointments are not eligible for the gift card.
