After careful review of available information relating to the impact of the coronavirus, Circle High School will only offer high school camps this summer. The health and safety of our community have always remained paramount within our work in making difficult decisions.
Circle High School teachers and administration have been blessed with support from the community. In partnership with The Outreach Program, this morning they packaged Pantry Packs. This was an opportunity to give back to community during this time of need.

CHS Students who have requested work packets can pick them up today (4/20/2020) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. When you get to CHS you may call the office 316-541-2277 and someone will bring it out to you.You may also come up to the front door of the main entrance and office staff will bring your packets/items out.
Senior Sign pick-up is on the north side of the CHS Auditorium from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Students:
We are in the midst of some very trying times right now. You may have experienced some joy at first and maybe feeling some anxiety due to not knowing what lies ahead. We would like for you to make the best out of the situation. Spend time with your loved ones. Try something new, possibilities are endless. We are going to attempt to answer some questions you may have. Moving forward, this will be an immense challenge for both you and your teachers. We are confident that working together will thrive in 375.
Your education will continue. It may look a little different than what you are used to. Starting March 30th it will be your responsibility to start checking your school email on a daily basis. Your teachers will be working next week on delivering your education primarily through Google Classroom and other virtual learning tools. You will be able to continue to work toward completing your high school graduation requirements through the end of the current school year. These requirements are not optional. This work will begin on March 30th.
All sports and activities are canceled through the end of the year. There is no student access to the building at this time. If access opens up we will be in contact with you.
As we move forward we will make arrangements for you to pick up any personal items left in the building. We will communicate via email with instructions on how to proceed. If you have time-sensitive materials like medication please email Mr. Carroll and he will make arrangements for you to pick them up.
At this time the graduation ceremony is canceled. I know this is an extreme disappointment for you and your family. We are working on some creative practices for you to be able to potentially meet with us individually to be recognized for your awesome accomplishments. As the year progresses we will be in contact pertaining to those plans.
Please continue to check your email, school twitter, classroom websites and other digital platforms moving forward for important information daily.
Meal Plan: We are currently working to provide meals to all students in USD 375 with pick up locations at Oil Hill, Towanda Primary, Circle Middle, and Greenwich Elementary. Meals will begin on Wednesday, March 25 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Meals will be available Monday through Friday.
