Teacher Appreciation Week!
May 3rd– 7th
Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up next week and PTO came up with a few ways for us to show our teachers how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication to our children.
Feel free to pick and choose what you would like to do!
Monday Munchies – May 3
We would like to provide our teachers with a few treats in the teacher’s lounge. If there is something you would like to provide, you may drop it off in the office on Monday morning.
Tuesday Thank Yous – May 4
Have your child write a hand-made thank you card and give it their teacher. Teachers love these!
Wednesday Wish List – May 5
Many times, teachers use their own money to provide things they need in the classroom. The “Teacher Wishlists” link on the PTO website (www.cbepto.org) will show a list of items each teacher would like to have. PTO will provide teachers with a Cinco de Mayo themed buffet on this day also!
Thirsty Thursday – May 6
PTO will provide a Sonic drink for each teacher this day! Parents can also check out the Teacher Wishlists to see each teacher’s drink of choice. To show how thankful we are for our teachers, bring them their favorite drink, or perhaps a gift card so they can pick one up!
Friday Flowers – May 7
Pick a flower from your garden or purchase one at the store. It will certainly brighten their day!
