Entries:
Each individual will be allowed to compete in 4 events as per KSHSAA rules. You may enter 3 individual running/field events and 1 team per relay. There will be no prelims. All races will be against time. All throws and jumps are final. All entries will be completed via MileSplit KS/ Midwest Timing. Scratch/Changes:
All scratches and changes will be made at the coaches meeting.
Field Events:
Each participant will be allowed 3 throws in the shot & discus. Each
participant will have three jumps in the long jump and 3 misses per height in the high jump.
Scoring & Awards
Six places will be scored in individual events (10-8-6-4-2-1) Medals 1st - 3rd Five places in relays (10-8-6-4-2) Medals 1st - 3rd Starter: Scott Moshier

Equipment & Dressing Rooms
We will furnish starting blocks. You are responsible for other equipment as needed. No dressing facilities will be available.
HJ Starting Heights:
Girls 7th - 3’8” 8th - 3’10”
Boys 7th - 4’2” 8th - 4’6”
Track/Runways/Throwing Areas:
The track and runways for jumping events are rubberized. No spikes longer than ⅛ may be used. The shot put and discus rings are cement.
Coaches Hospitality
Food and drinks will be available in the press box
Event Workers:
. We may request some help from your coaching staff during the meet to assist with field events if we have difficulties finding workers.
Stadium Camp Areas:
You can set your team camp locations in either the east bleachers..
Non-Participants and Parents:
Please have your non-participants and parents stay off the football field and in the bleachers outside of the competition areas.
