CMS weekly information

We were not going to have a weekly update BUT since it is Student Led Conferences week wanted to make sure each family had a scheduled time. Advisement teachers sent out their invitations via Sign Up Genius. Following this a reminder and a meets link was to be sent back to the parent and student from the Advisement teacher. If you did not receive a time OR did not sign up, Please contact your students advisement teacher OR cmsfrontdesk@usd375.org and we will forward your request to the correct person. The original email may have ended up in SPAM.

We held a 7th grade class meeting today and reviewed the expectations of PRIDE (Prepared, Respect, Integrity, Determined and Engaged) and how they are to be exhibited throughout the day at CMS. Today is a reminder for all students to stay focused, allow the teachers to teach and follow through with overall expectations all the way to the end of the year. Spring has arrived!! 8th grade class meeting will follow spring break and the same information will be shared.

Track begins today with practice being held at CMS Today and Tomorrow (March 9th). The original thought was to keep practice at CMS all week. THIS HAS CHANGED- On Wednesday (March 10th) practice will be held at CHS. This is important to know as Benton, Oil Hill and Greenwich students will be shuttled. Benton students will be picked up or walk home from CMS. Towanda students will be picked up or walk home from CHS. Again- This will begin on Wednesday. There will be optional practices held during spring break- this information will be shared via the coaches.

Night School will be held this week on March 10th. If the student is involved with Track, Night School will come first. Once the work has been completed, they will be released from attending.

We hope your student (and family if this is your vacation time) enjoys Spring Break. When we return the end of the year will be here soon.
