Our Nutrition Services team works hard to provide affordable, high-quality breakfasts and lunches that meet state and federal guidelines—all in a safe, welcoming environment.
Circle Public Schools is committed to making sure every student has access to nutritious meals. Families may qualify for free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch based on household income and size.

Apply at any time during the school year.
Children with a parent or guardian who becomes unemployed may become eligible for free and reduced price meals if the household income drops below the income limit.

Allergy Information
At Circle Public Schools, students have a variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. Nutrition Services uses the "offer program," providing several options for main dishes and sides.
If dietary accommodations, like allergies, can be met with the planned menu, no extra meal changes will be made.
Alternatively, if planned menu cannot accommodate dietary specifications, a form 19-B is required.

To request or discontinue meal modifications:
- Download & complete the 19-B form below to request, or 19-C form to discontinue meal modification.
- Upload on the Meal Modification form or return to your school, attn: Nutrition Services.
