Thunderbird Trademark Use & Licensing

The Circle Thunderbird is a trademark exclusively owned by USD 375. It may not be copied, reproduced, or altered without written permission.
Circle Public Schools established a trademark for the Circle Thunderbird on July 1st, 2017. This trademark helps ensure that the Thunderbird logo is used consistently and represents the quality and pride we associate with our school community.
As our district continues to grow, so does the interest in creating spirit wear and merchandise. Our trademark license agreement isn’t meant to limit those opportunities—it’s here to make sure the Thunderbird is used with care and that all products meet our standards.
District schools, staff, and affiliated groups are welcome to use the Thunderbird logo in accordance with our Thunderbird Trademark Usage Guidelines.
Any vendor producing items for district groups—or selling merchandise featuring the Thunderbird—must apply for and sign a trademark license agreement with the district.
