Baylie Harsh has been one of the biggest blessings to our family. Watching Henry struggle with speech has been emotional as a mom, because all you want is to help your child communicate and feel confident. After 18 months of working with Rainbows United, I honestly did not expect to see such a huge change so quickly. But within just two sessions with Baylie, Henry made drastic improvements in his speech. I was in tears. It felt like one of those moments I had prayed for and hoped for, and Baylie made that happen.

She is flexible, understanding, kind, funny, and so incredibly gifted at what she does. She connects with kids in such a genuine and natural way, and it’s obvious how much she cares. Henry adores her, and all of my kids do. She has this special way of making children feel safe, comfortable, and excited.

Baylie has made a lasting impact on our family. She gave Henry confidence, gave me hope, and reminded me how much the right person can change everything. We will always be grateful for her. This recognition is so deserved, and I can think of no one more worthy of being honored.
