Tony Holguin has served Circle Public Schools since the 2018. Tony Holguin has served Circle Public Schools since 2018. With 15 plus years of experience in education, his career includes work as a classroom teacher, coach, high school assistant principal, and principal of Circle Middle School.

Mr. Holguin is dedicated to building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming environment for all students and staff. He believes that every learner deserves engaging, high-quality educational experiences. During his time at Circle Middle School, he led efforts to strengthen professional learning communities, align academic supports with the Kansas MTSS framework, and promote student growth through intentional, data-driven practices.

In his current role, Mr. Holguin provides leadership across a wide range of district operations. He supports building principals, guides facility planning, manages transportation and student services, and works to ensure district resources and policies are aligned to meet the needs of every student. He remains focused on supporting staff, elevating instructional excellence, and maintaining a student-centered approach in all areas of district leadership.
