This course is designed for students who are interested in learning the aspects of broadcast production. Throughout the semester, students will learn the components that create successful broadcast and media productions. From brainstorming story ideas, conducting interviews, writing scripts, filming, editing, producing, and anchoring, a wide range of skills and techniques will be introduced to students. Attendance and deadlines are critical to success in this class. Outside class time will be required in order to gather footage for some projects.
