This class continues to explore three-dimensional concepts as we investigate different three-dimensional media. Students will work in paper, plaster, clay, etc. Advanced clay building techniques, such as wheel throwing, will be an integral part of the curriculum. In addition, students will study a variety of both traditional and contemporary artists. We will continue to study the elements and principles of art, as well as begin to write final critiques of our own and others' work. Students will be expected to show in monthly and semester shows as part of their criteria in the class.
