This class is a valuable experience for students interested in developing and running their own businesses. After an introduction of self-discovery and basic economic principles, students learn the fundamentals of market-based management and business development. Students will choose a business and develop a business plan. Topics included in the business plan will be description, mission statement and goals, management, customer profile, financial documents along with some business documents related to the plan.
