Do you like to cook? Do you think you might be interested in food service as a part-time job or a possible career? In this course, you will learn advanced methods of cooking, baking, and knife skills, dive deeper into the importance of food and kitchen safety and tackle more complex recipes and menus. This course will prepare students for occupations and for post-secondary programs of study related to culinary arts and the hospitality industry.
