Honors English III focuses on advanced language arts skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. This class explores American literature with greater depth than English III and is recommended for college-bound students. Students considering Honors English III should be self-motivated and willing to commit time and energy in order to gain the benefits of a more demanding course of study. Students must earn a C or better in Honors English III during first semester in order to continue in the class second semester.
