Hello parents/guardians of CMS students. I am Adam Tripp, a parent of an 8th grader and the district site council representative for the middle school. The parent site council would like to show our appreciation to the teachers and staff. In the past, we had programs where we brought in meals and other things but due to our current situation we have more limitations placed upon us.
We are brainstorming some ideas which include but are not limited to catering, pre-packaged snacks/meals, gift cards. I am willing to collect funds, deliver, and other items but I need your help. I am sure these ideas are not all that are out there and some of you would probably like to help out.
What I would like to do is have you join a "groupme" chat. This can be used via standard txt messages or an app and is free. It will give us the ability to start a group conversation to brainstorm and coordinate.
