CMS Fall Parent Conference Survey
We are asking for your input in preparation for the first set of conferences. Please complete by October 7th. If you have more than one student complete a separate form for each student attending Circle Middle School. All conferences will be virtual or by phone call. Dates for conferences are Monday, October 19th (Invitation), Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 22nd. Each conference will be 15 minutes in length and may have multiple Teachers (if your request is see more than one Teacher). We will try to accommodate as our schedules allow. Should a teacher not be available, they will reach out to you at a separate time. We will contact you with your day and time. Thank you.
