Pick up items at CMS

Here is CMS information for picking up your items:  

PLEASE adhere to these expectations as traffic could turn into a mess.  We want this process to go as smoothly as possible for you and us. We ask ahead for patience and grace.  

  1. Pull up to the front of the school.  Follow directions for two lines as needed. 

  2. A school employee will meet you at your car and ask for your student’s name(s).

  3. Items will be brought to your car

  4. We ask that you sign off that items have been picked up (Our way of double-checking with items left)

  5. Not everyone needs to show up at 12:00 as we have 6 hours each day available for pick up.  Please be cognizant of this time frame.  

Wednesday, March 25th:  Any student that needs their Chromebook, Band Instrument or has medication to pick up please plan on coming.  Hours of pick up are 12:00pm - 6:00pm.  

Thursday, March 26th:  Any 7th-grade student please come and pick up items.  12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Friday, March 27th:  Any 8th-grade student please come and pick up items.  12:00pm - 6:00pm.

*** If you have students in both grade levels, please let the person greeting you know that you are picking up for both.

*** If this week does not work with your schedule of pick up, please call the school 316-778-1470 or email cmsfrontdesk@usd375.org for arranging another time.  

***Items in the student bags: Everything from their hallway locker, PE lockers, Pictures (as sent from Lifetouch) and information specific teachers have asked to be included. Example: Math interactive journals. 

*** We kindly ask that you remain in your car during pickup.
