Weekly Update- March 5th - 12th

Weekly update for March 4th - 12th. This update will cover now until spring break.

BUSY BUSY BUSY is the theme for the next few weeks!!! Lets get to it.

TOMORROW AM- 8th grade Business Expo in the Blue (aka Black) gym. Parents- you are welcome to come and see the work your students have put into this event. 8:15 - 9:15. This is our Late Start activity for this week and we are all pretty excited to see what the students have come up with this year. 7th grade students will be "shoppers" and will give feedback on why they chose to purchase what they did. No real money will be exchanged.. 🤨

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! If you can come help with our CMS Social this Friday we would be grateful. Times are 3:30 - 5:30. Please contact Scross@usd375.org. You might be challenged to a volleyball game, or a mean game of Connect Four!! I do know you will have a good time. 😎🤣

TRACK SEASON starts on Monday, March 9th. If you have a student that is interested but has not participated in any other sports this year, please know they MUST have a physical, signed off by a doctor on file in the office prior to participation. If your student has already participated in a sport, they are good to go for track. The first few days of track practice will be held here at CMS through spring break practices (which are optional). Following spring break track practices will move to CHS. All students involved will be bused to CHS and shuttle buses will then run from there back to base elementary schools for Oil Hill and Greenwich. Benton students will be brought back to CMS and Towanda students will need to be picked up at CHS. Whew.... If you have questions, please call or email cmsfrontdesk@usd375.org.

Congratulations to our Boys Basketball teams that ended the season playing in the championship games. We are very proud of the effort and sheer amount of diligence put into each and every game. 8th grade came up short with winning the final game, but that does not define the season. They are 100% Champions. 7th grade won the final game and will have a chance next year to defend the title. Way to go T-Birds!!

Enjoy the time over Spring Break and know that the last weeks of school are going to fly by and summer will be here before you know it.
