Please use these instructions to help you fill out the application for free or reduced price school meals. You only need to submit one application per household, even if your children attend more than one school in Circle USD 375. The application must be filled out completely to certify your children for free or reduced price school meals. Interested applicants can get a form from their school office, or follow the link below to complete the form online.
Free and reduced status carries over into new school year for first 30 days. After that, a new application needs to be submitted for renewal of free and reduced meal status.
