Upcoming Events
Music and Drama Dept:
CHS has begun rehearsals for the fall musical “All Shook Up.” The
show opened on Broadway in 2005 and features the music of Elvis
Presley. The show will be November 14, 15, and 16th.
The cast currently boasts 54 members, with stage crew and orchestra
combo to be added soon. Rehearsals are Monday, Tuesday, and
Thursday evenings. If you are interested in supporting the music
theater department at CHS by donating set/prop supplies, helping
build set, locate/coordinate costumes, or providing rehearsal
refreshments, please contact Linda Pyle at
lpyle@usd375.org
Directing the show are Linda Pyle, Leanne McKee, and Deanne Zogleman.
Rehearsal accompanist and combo director is Jeff Garriott.

Art Dept:
The art department has restructured this year to 3-D and 2-D course
offerings. This has allowed for a larger array of projects to be
completed by students. We have also added an Advanced Art class for
students that have completed more than a year of art and are ready
to work on portifolios for scholarship applications.
